Client Brief
This client had fallen in love with this beautiful Persian rug and wanted help designing her space around it. We went with warm neutrals and brown tones to bring out the deep brown in the rugs pattern. The rug makes a statement and we wanted to let it shine without distracting from it. Her style was transitional with touches of modern and mid century. We brought in modern art and chose furniture with clean lines to bring in the modern element. We added rich wood tones, pieces with character, and visual texture to emphasize her love of transitional design.
This client uses this space for entertaining guests and wanted to prioritize conversational seating. This space is just off of her front entrance so it was important to her that it felt like a reflection of her style and felt welcoming.
